First day in Iraq, we got to bypass Kuwait and go directly to Al-Asad. Living in a big tent with 50 of my closest friends. We are the newcomers so I got to sleep next to the door. Lost luggage when I left.

Pre Deployment Picnic at FT Stewart

We Had a cookout at one of the lakeson FT Stewart. It was a good time and it was the first time a lot of the families had to meet each other. We cooked a lot of BBQ beef and pork. We attracted an unexpected visitor.
